Bond for DRC2008-00008, Aramark
A security of $19,000 has been submitted for installation of landscaping, outdoor lighting and
parking lot striping for the Aramark project (DRC2008-00008).
All conditions of approval for DRC2008-00008 shall be completed by December 31, 2008.
If not completed to the satisfaction of the City of Springfield by that date, the City may use the
security to complete the required improvements. Any unused amount will be refunded to the
applicant.
1. Install landscaping as detailed on the landscaping plan (Refer to Sheet LA-I, approved
April 1, 2008).
2. Outdoor lighting: Install full cut off shields in wall packs. Outdoor lights to be fully
shielded and directed downward.
3. Stripe rear parking area for 9 regular si2e spaces (9' wide).
