Steve,
I am proposing two minor revisions for the landscaping at Aramark on Industrial Way.
1. During the installation of the swales, the' parking swale on the NE setback had to be
moved 3' east in order to avoid the gas line and other utilities that run through the
front of the property. This leaves no room for the planting bed that runs right in front
of the parking. I am proposing no change in the trees, which will be planted on the upper
slope of the swale, and planting the shrubs on the east
side of the .swale. The shrubs will be planted over the utili ties.
Shrub variety stays the same.
2. I made a mistake and scheduled underwire trees along the West setback. There are no
wires there. I am proposing changing the tree species to Red Maples instead of Dogwoods
in order to meet the canopy tree requirement in- the code.
