Design Concept
The site is located in the City of Springfield urban growth boundary. Bioswales and other stormwater management areas will be planted with a mix of evergreen and deciduous
shrubs, sedges, and rushes suited for wet conditions. Living plantings shall achieve 90% coverage of required landscaped areas (excluding tree canopies), within 3 years of

Irrigation system will be designed and constructed to be as efficient in terms of water usage as possible. It will use water-conserving low gallon pop-up spray heads. A
