Plantings of native species and plant communities shall achieve 90% coverage within 5 years of installation. Material Qualities and Specifications Plants will be selected from the Plant List and will include deciduous trees, deciduous and evergreen shrubs, grasses, sedges, rushes and perennials. Native species as well as non-native species which are adapted to site growing conditions will be used.
