Drive-In Bank (ITE #912), The Average Rate quoted in this
table is 8.65 trips/KSF, while the actual rate iri the tll Edition
ITE Trip Generation table is 45,74 trips/KSF,' This yields a
total PM peak trip volume of 208 trips rather than 39 trips,
This should have a' significant impact on the conclusions and,

Based bn the previous comment, the assertion in this se'ition
that the revised site plan will generation fewer trips than were
deiennined in the March 2005 study is false, A third iteration of
this study shall use the Addendum trip generation ,study, taking
into account the previously noted correction,
TIle infonnation in this table is confusing, It, is difficult to
detennine which trips are attributable to the development. This
infonnation needs tooe checked. to ensure that "pass-by". trips
are riot subtracted .from the net new ttips entering and exiting'
the site.
Preliminary research'indicates that aDaT has 'purchased Access
Control along 'Q' Stieet between the on~ramp and the Pi()neer
Parkway, '[his as~essment is not definitive, and a subsequent
appraisal is currently underway by aDaT Right-of-Way; with a
report' pending. 'The results of this detennination may
complicate :the Developer's desire Jor a right~in/righi-but
approach to 'Q' Street. Even if an approach is pennitted; the
developer should be required to construct a median barrier. on
'Q'Street, rather than just'- a "pork chop" in the driveway,. in
,order to brevent left-turns, .
