Re: Site plan submittal-additional traffic study details
Gary McKenney has requested additional information, or clarification, for approximately five items
included in the traffic study for this site, on the Northwest corner of Q Street and Pioneer Parkway.
Additional information was requested concerning: (a)tripgeneration for the modified size and use of the
proposed project, (b) consistent Highway 126 EB ramp & Pioneer Parkway lane geometry for 2008 and
2018, (c)signal phasing at Q Street and Pioneer Parkway, (d)signal analysis and phasing for Pioneer
Plaza & Pioneer Parkway, (e)more design detail for intersection & signat modifications. (Please see
the following email from Mr. McKenney.) JRH Transportation is preparing this information and it should
be available for our "completeness" meeting.
