Performed periodic visual inspection of the following items: single pass fillet welds for the bike shelter canopy. The
welds were in conformance with detail 16/S4 column to beam connection. Weldments were inspected for size, length,.
profile and locations (attached). To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected is in conformance with approved
drawinqs, specifica1ions and applicable 01.1 codes.
