Performed preliminary periodic visual inspection of the following items: roof deck seam welds and puddle welds between
Areas #2 and 3 (Breezeway). Weldments were inspected for size, length, profile, and locations. To the best of our
knowledge, the work inspected above was in accordance with the building department approved design drawings,
specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of 1he Interna1ional Building Code and applicable AWS D1.1 and
AWS D1 .3 codes. Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.

Field Observations and Comments
IAs requested, a representative of PSI was onsile to observe and document drilling of one augered pier. An 18" auger
was used. Two foot minimum embed into native gravels was verified. Grand water was encountered at 7 feet below
existing grade at the top of gravel. The boring was terminated at 9 feet depth. The pier is located at the southwestern
corner of the structure and will be used to support at trash enclosure. To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected
above was in accordance with the building department approved design drawings, specifications and applicable
workmanship provisions of the Interna1ional Buildinq Codes.

Performed visual inspection during placement of concrete at the following locations: stage at 5 at 1.5 adjacent to J line
and columns for covered play area (2 lifts). Concrete was placed by pump truck and vibrated to consolidate. Cast one
(1) set of four (4) (4x8) concrete test cylinders. Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional,services are
needed. To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected above was in accordance with the building department
approved design drawings, specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of 1he International Building Codes.
