PW Transportation has reviewed the information for this application.
Condition of Approval 1 states that, "...the applicant shall provide evidence of an approved facility permit from
Lane County for access to Parcel 2; OR record a joint use access easemenL"
The applicant has chosen to go forth with a joint use lemoorary access easement The applicant proposes that
the temporary access easement would be vacated at that time when development of Parcel 2 occurs and
acquisition of a Lane Co. facilities permit
PW Transportation finds this acceptable and has no other comments.
