MARKARIAN Molly Cc: DONOVAN James Subject: Spam: RE: Game Farm Dental ,." Molly, Thanks for this. My only concern is that we were assured this issue would not hold up the plat. It is in fact illegal to do that. . Seems like it is implied in the paragraph below that that is what happened. ' . Why would there have been a "hold placed on the plat" I never want to make an issue out of these things but I did want to mention it as a concern if this is what is really happening. . I will try and get the permit completed as quickly as possible. . . . . AS I stated before, this is the first anyone mentioned to me that this needed to be part ofthe submittal, which delays this part of the process even further. .' I want to trust that this doesn't hold up the plat either. Thanks, carol RECEIVED 'e~.ju~~. The sub(nittal requirements are listed on the last page of the packet. . As I stated on the phone earlier, since several of the conditions ,9f the original tree felling permit were violated, a new (corrective) Tree Felling Permit Application must be submitted and go throug~ the public notice and decision process. The new decision will be issued based on the new plan for removing nine trees as you outlined in your letter of December 20. The corrective fee of $2,628.80 that must be submitted with the complete tree felling permit application packet is based on having removed seven trees in violation of the conditions of the original tree felling permit decision. I just spoke with Dennis Ernst, the City Surveyor, and directed him to remove any hold that was placed on the plat process by other planners, so finalizing the plat should go quickly from now on. Again, the tree felling issue should not delay the plat process. Rather, the new tree felling'decision will condition re-vegetation to occur in concurrence with future Site Plan Review on both parcels whenever that might occur. . i' Let me know if you or your client have any further questions or concerns.
