We are pleased to support the application by Oregon Urology Institute for approval to
construct a riew Radiation Center building, including associated doctor's office arid
associated treatment facilities and infrastructure at 1457 G Street in Springfield.

The services that will be provided by Oregon Urology Institute at this new facility will
enhance those currently available in Springfield. We urge the City of Springfield to find
favorably for this riew medical facility.
