Performed visual inspection of riffle range baffle 10 L3" x 3" x 1/4" angle connecllons (per delail 1 on S2).
Completed welds were. checked for size, length, profile and localion. Note: the upper end of the
diagonal angle to baffle connections along lines C and E are missing one weld at each location,
twelve (12) locations total,
Tony Dean (WBC) was advised and was asked to notify our office when welding Is completed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work checked is in conformance with drawings daled 10-24-08 and
applicable AWS 01.1 code, except if noted above. .
