The information in the development issues packet indicates that the applicant pro.poses to .
subdivide four lots into a lO-lot SFR subdivision. Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy,
each new single-family detached dwelling unit would be subject to a system development charge
(SDC) of $1,000 for park and recreation improvements.. 0
SDC's would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based on the SDC
policy in effect at that time. Please refer the applicant to Willamalane's SDC fact sheet ()r to me,
for further information.
