Re: SUB2006-00055 Tuan Bui Application
Dear Mr. Reesor,
I meant to contact you yesterday" by.lwas sick with the flu.
from the proposed 10 unit residential development by Tuan Bui
Fairview Drive in Springfield and I oppose it.
I live a few houses down
@ 1203 W.
We lived in this house since 1986 and this used to be a nice quiet neighborhood. The
approval of the large Fairview Mobile Home Park has seriously degraded our enjoyment of'
living here and our sense of safety and well-being. There has been a marked increase in
violent and drug reLated incidents .involing the' police due to the type of tenants who live
in these mobile homes. there have been increased 'incidents of vandalism in our
neighborhood, increased car accidents due to the large number of cars parked on the narrow
street (Fairview) by these tenarits and an increase in. traffic.
I am handicapped and it has become more difficult for me to drive in and out of out
driveway because there are so many cars and junker trucks being parked on the street,
sometimes for weeks at a time. It creates a safety hazzard...too many people and too many
cars.
Now this Tuan Bui wants to shove another 10 mobile homes on that little lot! Where are'
the cars going to be parked. ..out on Fariview! Enough is enough. This will further ruin
the neighborhood.. Let him find .some other locatio~ for another mobile home park down by
the river off of Franklin Blvd. NOT HERE!
I recommend and ask that you limit
