Fire Instructors Association conference at Wallowa Lake from April 25 through April 30th: 2006, 'I. will
therefore not be attending this Pre-Submittal Meeting scheduled for Friday, April 28, 2006, Here are the

Plans are complete. Both access and water supply are 'shown.
Heads-up DRC comments:
1. The fire apparatus access road to Parcel 2 shall have an unobstructed width of not less than 20 feet
, per 2004 Springfield Fire Code 503.2.1.
2. The fire apparatus access road toParcel 2 shall be an all-weather surface supporting 'an 80,000 lb.
imposed load per SFC 503.2.3 and SFC Appendix 0102.1. .
3. Depending upon the location of the building site on Parcel 2, if the fire apparatus access road
exceeds 150 feet in length, an approved area for turning around fire apparatus shall be provided per
SFC 503.2.5 and SFC Appendix 0103. , .
4. "No Parking-Fire Lane" signs shall be posted on both sides of. the fire apparatus access road to
Parcel 2 per SFC 503.3 and SFC Appendix 0103.6.
