Basically, Plat Pre-Submittal) it really is between the surveyors (our survey and your surveyor). Jon mentioned to me that he sent comments to your surveyor on a few Plat issues that needed to be taken care of on May 23rd, 2007, and has not received anything back from your surveyor regarding that. You actually shouldn't submit the Final Plat Application until our surveyor asks you (and your surveyor) to do so (i.e. all the issues have been taken care of). With that said, there is a provision in our Code that allows us to grant a time extension if requested by the applicant 30-days prior to the expiration. Given the fact that your deadline is Oct. 3rd, it's past 30-days. Although, given the circumstances, I will advocate for a time extension for you if you want to request one within the next few days. I'm 'cc'ing' Jon Driscoll on this also mentioned to me on the phone that he had emailed your surveyor" email to keep him in the loop. He that he will email you the items that are still outstanding. Regarding what you need to submit with your Final Plat Application, I've attached a PDF version of the application, which includes the list of things that need to be included" It does list a current title report (within the last 30 days), but go ahead and verify with Jon Driscoll on this requirement.
