Performed visual inspection of the following fabricated structural steel WT assemblies: 31-A. 31-B, 31-C,
31-0, 32-A, 32-B; 32-0, 33-C, 34-A, 34-8, 34-C, 34-E, 34-F, 35_A, 35-B, 35-C, 35-E, 35-F, 36-A, 36-B, 36-
C, 36-0, 37-A and 37-8. Completed welds were checked for size, length, profiie and location.
Gentry (Gibson Steel) was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
To the best of our knowledge, the work checked is in conformance with shop drawings 06-07-08 and
appiicable AWS 01.1 code, except if noted above.
