Performed periodic visual inspection of the following items: single pass fillet welds at building A RTU trim steel
completed except at 52" X 52"'North side upper angle to vertical trim welded on one side only needs weld at each side,
Weldments were inspected for size, length, profile and locations. To the best of ourknowiedge, the work inspected is in
conformance with as. built conditions from Richard Amodes noted in e-mail dated April 19,-2007 approved drawings,
specifications' and applicable 01,1 (static) codes, Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are
needed. '
