Traffic Impact Studies (TIS) allow the City to analyze and evaluate the traffic impacts and mitigation of a development on the City's transportation system. In general, a TIS must explain how the traffic from a given development affects the transportation system in terms of safety, traffic operations, access and mobility, and immediate and adjoining street systems. A TIS must also address, if needed, City, Metro Plan and state land use and transportation policies and objectives. The parking lot south of the FMS Addition (See Sheet A-101WA) needs to to have the stalls and aisle widths dimensioned (See SDC Table 4.6-1) and both that parking lot and the the parking lot east of the FMS Additions need the aisle widths dimensioned. Additional comments not related to the completeness of the application: o The parking stalls on the north edge of the parking lot north of the FMS Addition (See Sheet A-101WA) need to be increased in length 1 feet to 3 feet to (and marked co~pact if increased only 1 foot) in order to comply with SDC Table 4.6-1.
