Verified minimum embedment depth of 8 inches, The above listed epoxy anchors were installed USin9 Hilti Hit Hy150 epoxy with ICC#5193. The epoxy anchors were installed in accordance with latest revisions dated May 31, 2007 detail 2/SLI. Reinforcing steel was secured using tie wire and supported on concrete dobie blocks. Reinforcing steel was placed in accordance with approved design drawings and specifications. Note: Rebar will be placed on concrete dobies prior to placement of concrete, Contractor was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
