The American Standard furnace installed at the above address does not require a second drain line
when installed in the garage. A second drain line is only required when the furnace is installed in
the overhead attic area or on the interior of the home. Our company has always installed this
furnace with one drain line in the garage with full approval from the City of Springfield Building
