Performed inspection on the completed drop-ceiling grid installation. The USG DONN
suspension system for the Armstrong Ceiling Tiles was anchored to the 7/8" wall
m'oulding along two (2) adjoining walls with pop-rivets in room areas exceeding 144
sq./ft. second floor remodel area only. BERC 2 clips were installed on opposite walls at
each grid T-intersection. Support wires are also installed at each T-intersection
within 8" of wall faces around perimeter of rooms. Interior support wires are attached
with screws to roof joists. 'C' channel seismic struts are anchored to grids and third
floor components.
To the best of our knowledge, the work inspected was in accordance with IBC
tnstallation Requirements by Armstrong World Industries furnished by ATS, except if
noted above. (Note: ceiling submittal information' was not available for review). Bob
Poling (ATS) was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
