Field Observations and Comments
As requested, a PSI representative was on-site to observe in-place suspended drop ceiling at 2nd floor ceiling rooms'
205-208, 211, and 213; hallway 201 to be completed at a later date. The Armstrong System was installed per
manufacturer's directions. IBC code and referencing ASTM C635, in addition addendum #1 item 10. To the best of
our knowledge, the work inspected above was in accordance with the building department approved design drawings,
specifications and applicable workmanship provisions of the International Building Code. Contractor was advised of
all on-site results and asked to notify our office when additional services are needed.
