Inspection of: Reinforcing Steel

Performed inspection on the reinforcing, steel for shear wall footings for east shear
walls near line H, between 5 and 6, core shear wall footings near line C, between 6 and
7 and all column spread footings between lines 1 and 9 and A to H, except for those at
lines D6, D7, F7 and H5, Reinforcing steel was checked for grade, size, lap, placement
and clearance, Reinforcing steel' was secured with tie-wire and supported above
. grade, Note: at time of inspection, column anchor bolts had not been secured in-place,
A final inspection will be performed prior to concrete placement. '
John Shay (Chambers Construction) was asked to notify our office when additional
services are needed,
To the best of our knowledge, the work in-progress was in accordance with plans dated
01-29-08 and applicable workmanship provisions of the I.B,C" except if noted above,
