The dryer vent for this new home may exceed the allowable length as set

forth in the building code. If this is the case we will inform the buyer of this
property of this situation, and provide them with a list of dryer's that do
meet the length requirements.
We will spniy a vapor barrier primer on the sheet rock prior to texturing.
