PRIVATE WATER EASEMENT. ALL SEPTIC DRAIN FIELDS AND TANKS
(INCLUDING OFF-SITE SEPTIC SYSTEMS) ARE OUTSIDE OF THE 100 FEET
SETBACK FROM THE WELL
4. THE RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES WILL USE INDIVIDUAL SEPTIC SYSTEMS FOR
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL THE SEPTIC SYSTEM FOR
PROPOSED PARCEL 3 HAS BEEN APPROVED BY LANE COUNTY AND
INSTALLED. LANE COUNTY APPROVAL WILL BE OBTAINED PRIOR TO THE
