Additional comments not related to the completeness of the application: . In order to keep the sanitary sewer lateral priyate (and avoid paying to upgrade it to public size and standard) please change the westerly 5 foot dedication into a 5 foot sidewalk easement. You may also need to add a small triangle easement at the SW corner in order to facilitate ADA requirements. . At-the next reyiew I will ask for the sidewalk to be built on the south side of your propertyubut not along the west side. The sidewalk should be curbsideuand, again, will likely need a small triangular addition to the SW corner of Parcell in order to meet ADA standards. Consult with the Engineering Department, representatiye for explanation. . The Narratiye says the public streets are fully improyed;howeyer, the sidewalks are missing and could be made wider to meet present standards. . Driveways must be built in conformance with city standards. Revised 10/25/07 Date; Reeelvel1' PII!lf1oer: ' AL . NisI /;)(>>1 / /
