Re: Request for Waiver of Civil Engineer's Certification of Site Assessment Plan

The City has reviewed your request for waiver of the requirement to submit a Site Assessment
Plan prepared by a licensed Civil Engineer .for a proposed 2-lot partition at 2660 G Street. On
behalf of the Planning Director, I can advise you that this requirement is hereby waived. To
meet the application submittal requirements, the Site Assessment Plan can be prepared by a
Professional Land Surveyor .in lieu of a licensed Civil Engineer. As discussed previously, the
Site Assessment shall contain all necessary information as outlined in the Springfield
, .Development Code.
Please be advised that this waiver extends to the Site Assessment Plan only, and does not
preclude the potential reHuireinent for a licensed Civil .Engineer to prepare a utility plan,
drainage. plan, or similar study for the proposed partition. If you have any questions please
