Joe: I have been advised by our Public Works Department that the drainage information can be shown on the
tentative plan, along with grading and paving information. There will not be a requirement for a stormwater study
or a scoping sheet. We can discuss this further atthe pre-submittal meeting if Public Works requires additional
drainage information. Thanks

Subject: Partition app for 26th/G Streets
Andy we are preparing to submit the pre-submittal app for partition at NE corner 26th/G Streets.
The app checklist requires 3 copies of Stormwater Management System Study w/Scoping Sheet, and 7
copies of Stormwater Management Plan. This partition is so small, and will drain to existing weepholes,
that these are the same plans.
Should we submit 3 copies or 7 copies?

It sounds to me like we don't need a scoping sheet for this application. The stormwater management plan is
usually shown on the grading, paving and stormwater plan, so that would just be a regular plan sheet that gets
submitted with tentative plan. Thanks,
