Jon, I'm assuming the solution for the sewer lateral issue is to place a cleanout on the existing lateral at the point
. where it crosses the new r/w dedication on G St, and then run two parallel lines north to the point where they
intercept the existing lines to houses on our proprty and 82 I 26th?

I visited the site yesterday and have now completed the completeness check. I have spoken to the planner and
the engineering representative, and I believe we have a good solution for the sanitary sewer lateral issue.

Thanks Jon. I met with the architect yesterday, and we came up with a building footprint that will have
both driveways for the proposed duplex located at the SE comer ofthe property, so we'll meet the 50'
spacing from 26th St. with room to spare. Also stopped by city & got an OK from Tara Jones.
Not such great weather for a field trip anyway.
