Given f,he circumstances you describe below, a Consent to Annexation form is still needed. Want me to take a first crack at revising the existing form? APpt From: LlMBIRD Andrew [mailto:alimbird@ci.springfield.or.us] Sent: Monday, September 15, 2008 11:45 AM To: BANKS Megan H; TAYLOR Paula L Subject: Consent to Annexation Forms APs: I'm-trying to recall whether we decided to modify or discontinue u$e of the "Annexation Agreement" forms used for land use decisions affecting urban fringe properties (see attached). The City is in receipt of a final partition plat application for a property in the urban fringe south of Jasper Road. A condition of the partition approval required the owner to sign a Consent to Annexation form (which was standard practice before the LCLGBC was abolished), Is this form still applicable? If so, can it be updated simply by inserting new Code references? Please let me know so I can respond to the applicant. Thanks Andy 9/15/2008 Dat", ((0ceived' r~.f' Planner: AL
