RE: Duane Knights partition on Garden Avenue (SUB2007-00014)
Dear Andy,
The partition on Garden and Laurel Avenues for Duane Knights was approved on April 30, 2007
and expires on April 30, 2008. Mr. Knights has made progress on the construction required by
the tentative partition and conditions of approval, but has not completed the construction at this
time as a result of delays in 'obtaining the off-site easement It is not expected that he will have
the construction complete in time to apply for a pre-submittal meeting by April 30, 2008. On
Duane Knights' behalt: I would like to request an extension of the expiration date by six (6)
months to October 30, 2008.
