1. IT IS PROPOSED TO PLACE DRYWELLS ON EACH PARCEL TO SERVE THAT
PARCEL EXCLUSIVELY. DRYWELLS WILL BE SIZED AND INSTALLED DURING THE SFD
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS. SEE THE ATTACHED STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
STUDY FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
5. THE DRIVEWAY SERVING PARCELS 2 AND 3 Will BE GRAVEL OR PAVED AND
SLOPED TO THE NORTH. IF THE DRIVEWAY IS PAVED. A SWALE WilL BE INSTALLED
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY WITHIN THE PROPOSED ACCESS EASEMENT.
THE SWALE Will BE SIZED TO RETAIN THE STORMWATER FROM THE DRIVEWAY UNTIL
