Performed continuous visual inspection during the installation of forty-six (46) horizontal Hilti KB-TZ (ICC-
ES ESR 1917) 1/2" x 51/2" expansion anchors along the north and south walls of the firing range, Prior to
installation, the predrilled holes were checked for minimum embedment of 4" and holes were'cleaned with
compressed air and a brush, Anchors were tensioned to an installation torque of 40 ft/lbs, with a
calibrated torque wrench per manufacturer's recommendations,
While on-site, checked 3" x 3" x 1/4" angle splices for baffle supports in firing range (except on line 22.4)
per details 9/S3, Also, per EOR verbal instructions, verified threaded rod has been installed in the hole
rated for 500 Ibs, on the *Unistrut P2676 brackets attached to angles in the firing range,
Tony Dean (Wildish) was asked to notify our office when additional services are needed,
To the best of our knowledge, the work checked is in conformance with drawings by AZH Engineers dated
12-10-08,
