Andy,
Per our discussion this morning, the significant transportation issues with this proposal are as follows:
I) Proposed access to the public street system relies on completion of the. streets in Jon's Landing
Subdivision, which will require a permit from Lane County,
2) lt is not clear how the Galceran property could be provided transportation services to allow
development in an acceptable manner in the absence of Jon's Landing.
