Hi Megan, wtiat is the CSP2008 prefix on these case numbers? Also, we should probably provide the map and tax lot
number in the format commonly used by the City and the Assessor's office, which in this case would be 18-02-04-14, Tax

Finally, the typical map format used previously was a line drawing showing streets and legal parcels, Unfortunately, aerial
photographs tend to be outdated (ca, 2004) and difficult to reproduce in B&W, I can add a simple map to the hearing
notice and print it off for posting, Thanks

Here are the posting requirements per the Code:
"Notice of the July 7,200S public hearing at which an annexation was posted in four public places in the City
for two successive weeks prior to the hearing date,"
