Additionally, we have the 18 copies of materials from their initial submittal. The' applicant wants to await the IGA before proceeding with the annexation, Annexation of the 10-foot strip along the property frontage is to be included with the legal description, I discussed the waiver issue with Mr, Galceran, but have not received an affirmative response, Mr. Galceran will be at our office for a Development Issues Meeting on a different property, so I can probably obtain the waiver then, Again, we already had the 18 copies of submittal materials on-hand for distribution, As to timing of draft staff reports, it depends largely on the status of the IGA and whether we can get the annexations to a June meeting or if it will be July (or later), There are a couple of early-May deadlines I'm contending with right now, so I haven't started any draft staff reports, Hope this clears up a few questions! Do we know if the applicants have agreed to waiver the 120 day timeline and wait until the Willamalane/LCMWSD IGA is in place? Can we draft a staff report for one or both of these?
