Paula' I have received a 120-day waiver from the 571h Street Properties applicant. Additionally, we have the 18 copies of
materials from their initial submittal. The' applicant wants to await the IGA before proceeding with the annexation,
Annexation of the 10-foot strip along the property frontage is to be included with the legal description,
I discussed the waiver issue with Mr, Galceran, but have not received an affirmative response, Mr. Galceran will be at our
office for a Development Issues Meeting on a different property, so I can probably obtain the waiver then, Again, we
already had the 18 copies of submittal materials on-hand for distribution,
As to timing of draft staff reports, it depends largely on the status of the IGA and whether we can get the annexations to a
June meeting or if it will be July (or later), There are a couple of early-May deadlines I'm contending with right now, so I
haven't started any draft staff reports,

Hi Andy,
Have you had a chance to look at the preliminary reviews of these too annexations? Do we know if the
applicants have agreed to waiver the 120 day timeline and wait until the Willamalane/LCMWSD IGA is in
place? Can we draft a staff report for one or both of these?
