application and set some tentative dates. We still have process details to iron out and

PT) and then work directly with Andy? H6w much time do we have to check the
applications for completeness (the sooner the better no doubt)?

Council public hearing docket (tentatively May 19), I v ould like to meet with you to discuss the staff report
requirements and to confirm that we have all required nformation in-hand, Please let me know if you are
available to meet sometime next week to review the fil3s - either here or at LCOG offices, Both annexations are
contiguous with the City limits, and one has an execut ,d Annexation Agreement (the other didn't require an
agreement), Thanks
