For Galceran, does that mean only 1/2 of the r/w will be annexea? In my experience, annexing 1/2 of
the r/w only creates other problems for other service providers (police, fire; Lane County, etc.), Best
to annex it all or don't annex any of it ~ and by all, I mean from Ridge Court to the S line of Galceran's
tax lot.
Great news on the 57th St Prop LLC adjacent r/w!

Update: Public Works Engineering has agreed to annexation of both the 1 O-foot wide strip in front of this property and the
+/- 30-foot wide strip in front of the Galceran property, Thanks!

We are recommending a 10-foot strip of S 57th Street adjacent be included in the annexation to ensure that all of S 57th
Street, which is already an improved City street, is in the City, This will also eliminate the creation of an "islanded area" of
the 1 O-foot section,
