In my experience, annexing 1/2 of the r/w only creates other problems for other service providers (police, fire; Lane County, etc.), Best to annex it all or don't annex any of it ~ and by all, I mean from Ridge Court to the S line of Galceran's tax lot. Great news on the 57th St Prop LLC adjacent r/w!
