RE: Annexation Public Hearing Notice
As submitted, this annexation includes a 5-foot strip of S 57th Street. The description
of the annexation area should include reference to rd r/w. If the city wishes to remove
the r/w from the annexation area, the request -will need to modified by the City Council.
This notice, I think, is intended to be the notice referenced in the SDC to the property
owner, service providers, etc. The legal advertising notice is usually in narrative
format with specific directions for when the advertising is to occur and other related
information to verify advertising was done during the right time frame.
I'll be back in the office on Monday and can help sort this out.
