The information in the development issues packet indicates that the applicant proposes to
partition one lot into 3 lots. If this property is annexed into the City.as part of this application
process, the property will also come within the boundaries of Willamalane Park and Recreation
District. Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy, each new single-family detached dwelling
unit would then be subject to a system development charge (SDC) of $1,000 for park and
recreation improvements.
SDC's would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based on the SDC
policy in effect at that time. Please refer the applicant to Willamalane's SDC fact sheet or to me,
for further information.
