I have reviewed the materials provided with the subject application. The comments
below represent incomplete items that Public Works still needs to perform an adequate
review of the application. ' .
SAN IT ARY SEWER
STORMW A TER MANAGEMENT
. The futuredrywell for proposed Lot 2 is 1acated in the area for future right-of-way
for Garden Avenue.
. The private vegetated filter strip is located in the future right-of-way for Garden
Ave. It is also shown to be locatedwithin the proposed 15' by 279.5' Public
Access Easement. Private facilities are not allowed to be located within pubic
easements.

. The seed mix for the vegetated filter strip needs to be disclosed on the'plans.
PUBLIC STREETS. SIDEWALKS & IMPROVEMENT ARGEEMENTS
. Th'e 6 inch water main is shown to be extended in County right-of-way: 'The.
proposed fire hydrant is shown to be installed on the neighboring tax lot to the
. south without an easemenl'and concurrence from the property own'er.
. ,\he private water line services are.'shown to be located within the existing a~d
future right-of-way for Garden A venue. Additionally, the private water services
for parcels 2 and 3 are shown located within the propased 15' by 279Y Public
Access Easement.
. An improvement agreement will be required for Garden and Laurel Avenues for
curb, gutter, sidewalk, street lighting, paving, storm sewer and sanitary sewer.

. partially located on the neighboring tax lot ta the south. Concurrence from this
