maiiedtoday: The 25th day is January 9,2007. If no public hearing is
requested, the annexation will be approved and effective January 9,2007: I
will send an e-mail notice to the city (and others) after the 9th as to the'
outcome of the expedited processing (public hearing/no public hearing).

request. Jim Donovan is the planner assigned to this application, but Jim unfortunaiely is out of '
the office most of this week. If possible, could I please get you to give me a status, report of ,
where this annexation request is at this time so I can get a response ba~k to her?
