The proposed annexation of 1.73 acres into the City of Springfield for a future 12 lot
subdivision can be served by Springfield Fire and Life Safety, It is within the 4 minute response
time of Fire Station 2 on 48th and Main Streets, The applicant will need to' show on their future
site plan how they will provide water supply. A fire hydrant may be needed to serve their
proposal. It appears that a Springfield Utility Board.1 0 inch water line is available to serve this
property.
