A right of way approach permit is not required for this property, a~ it does not have
frontage on an ODOT facility,
We are not submitting a Traffic Impact Study with this application. The proposed
subdivision will generate less than 10 or less vehicle trips per day, which, in our opinion,
will not significantly impact the existing transportation system.
This property has frontage on two different right of ways as shown on the map. We are
proposing for the new parcel to take its access from E Street.
