Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy, a newsinglecfamily detached dwelling unit would be' subject" to a system development charge (SDC) of $2,513 for park and recreation improvements. The SDC would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based on the SDC policy in effect at that time.
