My name is Ronni Price; I am the Administrative Assistant for the Planning &
Development department at Willamalane. Pat will be out of the office for a while and I
will be handling the DRC's in her absence.
The information in the development issues packet indicates that the applicant wishes
to partition one lot into twb parcels. Pursuant to Willamalane's current SDC policy, a
newsinglecfamily detached dwelling unit would be' subject" to a system development
charge (SDC) of $2,513 for park and recreation improvements.
The SDC would be collected at the time of building permit issuance, and will be based
on the SDC policy in effect at that time. Please refer the applicant toWillamalane's
SDC fact sheet or to me, for further information.
