Hi Lissa,
Please see the enclosed easement requests for .SUB2008-00041 (60333rd street). Marv Krush has
indicated using the 10' PUE along the south property line which is the shortest path and would work
for SUB, I believe there is a issue with us paralleling a water line. This may prevent us from using this
option. Maybe we can discuss it at the tentative partition meeting on September 30th.

WITHIN 10' PUE. MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT WE CANNOT PARALLEL A CITY
WATER LINE; IF THIS IS TRUE WE WILL NEED TO FIND ANOTHER EASEMENT TO
PLACE THE UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC IN.
. IF SOUTH EASEMENT DOES NOT WORK - MAY BE POSSIBLE TO USE SEWER
EASEMENT ALONG NORTH PROPERTY BORDER. MUCH LONGER PATH =
GREATER EXPENSE.
