Matt Stouder, EIT DEVELOPMENT ISSUES MEETING ZON 2004-00012 Planner: Sarah Summers, Planner II Applicant: Robert Blair Questions for the Development Issues Meeting listed below were reviewed by Public Works Engineering. The following provides a response to the pertinent questions: 2.) Are their, and can we connect to all City services? There are both storm and sanitary services located in 19th Street. Storm sewer is also available on Hayden Bridge Road. The sanitary sewer located in 19th Street is 15 inches in diameter and has available ca~acity for the proposed development. The storm sewer located in 19 h Street is 12 inches in diameter. The storm sewer located in Hayden Bridge Road is 18 inches in diameter. These lines should be able to meet the needs of the proposed development (assuming normal lot layouts and standard subdivision impervious surface usage). The proposed sanitary will need to be revised. The sanitary sewer will need to be extended along Hayden Bridge Road in lieu of proposed back-lot sewer & PUE. The minimum sewer line shall be 8" minimum to match existing stub. 3.) Does our current design meet current City standards and planning for this area? Pre-treatment of the stormwater will be required as described in Chapter 3 of the City's Engineering Design Standards and Procedures Manual (EDSPM), and Section 32.110 of the Springfield Development Code (SDC).
