Dear Sarah,
I do not plan to attend the May 13 Development Issues Meeting for
this property and offer the following information.
The Rainbow Water District currently has water mains adjacent to
the south and east property lines of this parcel:
1. On the south is a 16" transmission main which is 11' south of
the existing face of curb. We prefer not.to provide service from this
transmission main.
2. On the east side is an 8" main which is 8' east of the
existing face of curb. In addition we have two 2" water lines which are
stubbed Into the property from this 8" main arid which may be used, at our
discretion, to provide service to the proposed development, depending on
domestic and fire demands:
A. The southerly 2" stub is located approximately 40' .
north of the south property line. .
B. The northerly 2" stub is located approximately 20'
south of the north property line.
