Dear Sarah,
Although I am planning on being at work, I won't be able to attend Tuesday's DRC. Not only is Don out, but as you can see,
David will also be out.
On SUB2005-00030/BLAIR, the issues include the need to document any soils that are placed on the new lots (from the street
construction) with the location and compaction and the engineer's addressing of any foundation requirements on these soiis. If
there is a septic system it would need to be decommissioned.
On DRC2005-00043/SUB, there are no issues from our department for this transmission line.
If you have any specific questions for me on these projects, piease let me know.
